FEES

Initial consultation is FREE of charge!

Fee Payment Terms:

Fifty percent (50%) of initial agreed costs will be paid up front;

Balance due within ten (10) days of amount notification;

A late payment fee of $2.00 per day will accrue past ten (10) days;

Balance must be received when project is completed and will be paid before release and/or launch;

Client also agrees that any additional, unforeseen costs will be paid in a timely manner upon invoice.

For work on pre-existing sites, fees accrue hourly and will be billed monthly for any maintenance.

Acceptable forms of payment: money order, cashier's check, personal check (will have wait time until it clears), and credit cards through PayPal.

Web site design (HTML and stylesheets), updates, maintenance : $50.00/hr

Scanning and resizing of images : 5 for $25.00

Designs and Logos : prices vary with complexity of design

Book, DVD & CD Covers : prices vary upon complexity of the design, usually from $50 - $400.

Newsletters : $TBD

Other projects : prices depend on what is involved, if you have a question about something, please use the contact form on the contact page.

Hourly charges are rounded to the nearest quarter hour.

You can also purchase a graphic from Graphics by Daire :
What this means is that if you buy one, it gets a Sold sign on it and no future visitors will be able to use it.
$10.00 for tiled graphics
$15.00 for bordered graphics
$25.00 for fixed/css graphics

Sapphire Designs reserves the rights to discontinue the customer's maintenance upon the grounds of the following : credit problems -- including, but not limited to, delinquency on payments, or if our service agreement is violated.

Sapphire Designs will not maintain nor design sites which contain any of the following : pornography, racist, anti-government, hate sites or any other content we deem unacceptable.

Please note that ALL images and logos used for the website must be property of said client. Sapphire Designs will not be responsible for infringement of copyrights, trademarks, patents, etc., of others. Client must sign a waiver stating they are the legal owners of said images and documents before they will be used.

Please check the rules and terms of your hosting service. Sapphire Designs will not be responsible for the deactivation of service because of violations to the server's conditions.

Monthly invoices will be sent to clients and payment will be expected within ten (10) days of the electronic invoice. Paper copies will available via postal mail upon client's request.

If there are any problems or questions regarding anything involved with the design and upkeep of your website please notify us and we will respond as soon as possible. We take pride in our customer service.
